Your email never leaves your browser. When you paste a thread or drop an .eml file, it's processed on your device. We don't upload, store or read it.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist: your email address, your optional answers (which email you use, how many threads bother you each week), and which page version you saw. It's stored with Supabase (EU) and used only to contact you about Marshmail.
Anonymous usage events (for example "converter used", "shared", message counts and noise percentages, never any text) are sent to PostHog (EU) without cookies. Our PostHog project is configured to discard IP addresses.
Hosting and your browser
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which receives your IP address to deliver the page.
We remember which page style you saw in your browser's local storage (the key mm_theme), so it looks the same when you come back. It holds only the style's name, and it never leaves your device.
How long, and how to delete
We keep waitlist emails until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete them. Email [email protected].
